  Terms & Conditions

  Drivers must be over 26 and under 80 years of age, with a current driving licence and no conviction for minimum of 5 years.

  
  The original licence must be shown on arrival, copies are not acceptable.
  Vehicles over 9 seats (including the driver) require a D1 category drivers licence.
  Zebrahire reserve the right to refuse or withdraw hire.

  
  Parking and driving conditions may vary in Jersey. It is the responsibility of the hirer to adhere to these conditions.
  
  ACCIDENT  STOP Do not move the vehicle telephone the police and us immediately . Failure to so will invalidate your insurance cover and make you liable to police prosecution . Police telephone 999 or 112 no coins required. 

  INSURANCE; is invalid if

   You let another person drive.   You drive or park on the beach, sands or slipways.  You drive whilst under the influence of drink or drugs.  You leave the keys in the car.  You do not bring the car back on time and date on the contract. You do not phone or inform the police immediately following an accident.  You must inform us if you change  your address. 

  All hires are responsible for any damage to wheels. tyres wing mirrors , and interiors regardless of how caused , and not subject to excess limitto excess limit or waiver.
